We had a respectable 8th place finish in the “Loin” category at the first Paulding County Stars and Stripes Festival and barbecue competition!
Out of 26 Pro teams competing, we finished 16th overall!
Already preparing for our first FULL season next year.
Doug is determined to be in the top ten.
During the brief off-season, we will be busy honing recipes.
